It's been kicked around, but there wouldn't be that much traffic on it. Usually, General Credit Info gets these.
Every time another board is created, it increases the visual clutter on the forums homepage, and it especially increases the number of posts that are on the wrong board and have to be moved.
I can now type "Moved to Rebuilding Your Credit" in my sleep, due to the number of posts on Understanding Scoring and Credit Cards that need to be somewhere else.

I see your point, but at some point, I suppose the admins have to juggle the benefits against the drawbacks.
