I'm becoming more and more distraught over this. I've called customer service and they have given me a free TU report but still my scores haven't updated.
Now EX has frozen too.
This is my favorite site to receive scores and I've been active on the forums but this score freezing is killing me.
Credit Karma and others have all updated my scores but it's been frozen here for a while. Even after significant utilization drops.
