Posts and kudos not advancing?

How come my posts and kudos aren't advancing on my profile. Is this happening to others?

Number changed after I kudo'ed your post,  so that's  working fine. 

Go ahead and make a few more posts so we can see if your post count is changing.

I sent a few kudos over the last few days and it didn't advance..but glad to see it is now

When you kudo someone's else's post, yours do not increase, theirs do. 

Yours will increase as you receive them. 

Everything is working as it should.
