Replying Issues

I lost my ability to quote a specific post in a topic.... any ideas as to why? The button is still there just when I click it-it replies to the entire topic instead of quoting the one I wanted. Any help would be appreciated

There seem to be some technical problems and this is not happening to just you.  Admins are aware and are working hard to fix the problem.
