Signature - HTML Error Message

I am trying to create a signature with photos of my cards and CLs when you hover your mouse over them. I am getting the following error message when I try to save it. Can anyone help?

Your setting's value has been changed because invalid HTML was found. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the value and re-submit the form when you are satisfied.

Must be rank of a member before positing in a signature line.  This actually is a fairly quick thing to do by participating in the forum.  As you rank up you will hit member soon enough and be able to add html, etc to your signature line.
