Signature edit issues

Hello, I can't upload HTML pics on my signature for credit cards icon. Do I have enought rank or post to do this. I placed with this couple times and can't seem to make it to work.

Your account permissions look legit and your rank is fine; have you gone through the thread in Smorgasbord on it?  The best advice is there for it... get one card working then add everything else would be my strategy.
