So today I decided to finally sign up for the monthly subscription. I didn't realize I had an account previously where I had added my SSN. Now that I've paid with a different login, it won't let me add my SSN because it belongs to another login. Ugh. I feel like an idiot. I have never paid for the subscription, but I must've almost done it once.
I sent an email to customer service, but does anyone have any ideas on how I might fix it without them? They are closed on Sundays, as I'm sure you all know.
