Why was my post locked?

Hi, apologies if this is not the right place to post this but I didn't know how to message mods directly.
I made a post in the credit card applications forum and it is now suddenly locked. But I have no idea why and I wanted to post another update on how applications have gone. Can someone please explain? I'm relatively new to the forums and guess I must have missed something. Thanks
