3 Report View on MyFico Product inoperable/Not working

I have just read a few posts regarding this issue.  For me it has been going on for almost 2 weeks.  I signed up for the $19.95 plan with a committment of 3 months.  I am able to see my scores, but once I click on my reports and it says: "Our Apologies, an Error Has Occured".  I have spoken with several reps and they keep saying they are escalating this to their engineering dept, or their manager, or someone higher up.  I get a different answer every time.  Today I received an email from customer care and it stated that the issue was resolved.  This can't be further from the truth.  It is still doing the same thing.  Today I called in again and spoke with a manager named Omar and he said that he was making a screen shot and patching it through to the dept that handles this.  He told me to give it another day or two to get resolved.  The previous rep asked me to wait a week, the one before her told me to wait 2 days, the rep before her told me to wait a few days as well.  From the other posters on here, I get the feeling that I am being blown smoke and speaking with pathological liars.  Before I asked to speak with a manager, the rep told me she would refund my money and cancel my service.  I told her I don't want to cancel, as this is an important service, but I just want it to work correctly and get what I paid for.  Also, the only CA that is updating is Equifax, with one alert for TU letting me know of my recent inquiry.  Experian has not updated once.  I am going to give this until Friday and if this is not resolved, I will at that point ask for my money back.  It's too bad because the community here is excellent, but the service from MyFico thus far has been terrible.  I can't get a simple answer from anyone I have spoken with.  I am the last person to complain, but I can tell this has been happening to many and my patience is running out.

Is there anywhere else we can go to get our official scores and constant monitoring without having to go through this?  Any advice from anyone?

I hope this post helps and please feel free to comment if this has been happening to anyone else.

Re: 3 Report View on MyFico Product inoperable/Not working

Thus far nobody has commented on this thread, but I will update everyones viewing eyes that I called MyFico this morning and had my subscription cancelled and my money refunded.  Initially I was given some double speak from the csr and then the manager, but I flatly told them that I have heard the same nonsense from multiple people and at this point it is all hot air.  It was always the same: "this has been escalated", "it is being reviewed and will be dealt with in a day or two", "I will notify the engineering dept and fix this issue", "just give it another week".  Same old, same old.

I thought that MyFico was going to be a professional organization.  The people they have on the front lines handling the calls and the escalations seem to be nothing of the sort.  If this is the standard of scores that all lenders use, it has me very troubled.  I don't know how reliable TU, or EX is, but I have looked on their sites and will pay the $14.95 or so per month with them directly and get daily scores from them and alerts from all 3 bureaus.  I'm not sure what else to do at this point.  Again, very dissapointed with MyFIco.

Yep, this whole 3-Bureau FICO thing is such a loss opportunity.  They rushed a good idea way before they knew how to implement it.

Unfortunately, your $14.95 solution may give your credit alerts, but the scores they give you are FAKOS.  If you want imaginary scores, I can give you some and for a fraction of the cost.

It was brutal.  I don't understand why a company such as myFICO is doing this.  They know it is not working, but continue to lead you on.  How can one conduct business like this?

Do the other subscriptions work well, or is it just the 19.95 3-bureau report?

If you don't recommend the solution directly from one of the bureaus for the alerts and scores, where can I go besides dealing with myFICO and getting terrible service?

Anyone have any advice on this??

If you get all the alerts from the $14.99 service that's fine.  Now, for true scores the only choices I see are this OR a collection of free FICOs scores from Walmart, Discover, DCU...  unless there is something out there I don't know about, but I doubt it.

Thanks for the advice.  Unfortunately I don't have discover, or walmart to get those free scores.  I won't be applying for new credit until at least Dec.

I will follow this closely and if myFICO can fix this debacle I will sign up again, but why should I pay for something that doesn't work?  Also, why would myFICO offer something that they know doesn't work and keep kicking the can down the road as if everything is okay?  That is what is most troubling.
