Would it be possible to add a "sort by bureau" feature in addition to the default sort by date display? Or something to make the alerts from multiple sources more distinct?
I haven't really been tracking the alerts all that closely but saw something wierd and in trying to dig it out, the display is sort of a confusing mess as the alerts are in big bold type and the bureau listing is in smaller grey and that's the only difference... and is a little awkward to pick out.
I hear you and agree that some method of filtering would be very helpful. I will forward your input into the product management team.
