Annual Package Problem

Anybody else purchase the annual package? I did but it only seems to give me a one-time access and am being asked to pay a second time for updated reports. It was my understanding that the annual package provided multiple sessions for accessing updated myFICO reports.

Scorewatch offers monitoring, but only two free reports. You get one when you sign up, and another free one when you ask for a refreshed one.

Annual Renewal

The FICO Deluxe annual renewal feature provides you with updated reports on an annual basis.  At this time, however, they are only viewable for 30 days, but we are working on extending this viewabilty to one year.

Reports from Score Watch, MyFICO Identity Theft Security Deluxe and Suze Orman's FICO Kit are viewable for one year.

Actually, if you keep renewing ScoreWatch, they're viewable for a lot longer than that -- I have reports going back to October 2004.

I have MyFICO Identity Theft Security Deluxe reports going back to Feb 2005.

It says a year from the renewal date, but they do stick around if you renew, which is incredibly cool.

I know you guys probably hear this a lot, but I'd really love something, anything, to help monitor Experian. I'd probably dump my other products from competitors. Smiley Happy

I've had some trouble, too

I forgot when the year is up, is there any place on my signon page when it'll indicate when my annual subscription for the FICO Deluxe will begin this year's 30 day window?

Re: Annual Package Problem

myFico should disclose more information for this package. The language is misleading and implying the buyers that updated scores and reports  will be available for the whole year on an ongoing basis. In fact myFico shows your scores and reports (for TU, EQ, EX) at the time of purchase. And that is it. No updates. For each updated scores and reports you have to pay again.
