Budget tools for my daughter

Looking for a simple, but effective budget tool that my 20-something finacially-challenged daughter can use. Thought comments Ms. Orman made on QVC mention tools to help you with your credt. Seems to me that a core tool to better manage your credit cards is a budget tool that would provide the type of information to make better financial decisions and pay off credit cards. Thoughts from the forum folks? Help?

I use an Excel spread sheet to keep track of my finances, plus checking on line and paying bills on line. Saves a lot of postage!
