I recently joined Myfico and ordered a report. Every time I try to login, it tells me I am locked out and need to fill out the form.
When I try to fill out the form, it says my birth year is invalid, It is pre populated with "19" and I add my birth year.
In order to see my report I have to do the password reset, which it lets me do, but when I try to access later, I have to do the pw reset again.
Help!
