Cancelling and getting refund?

I paid a full year subscription to scorewatch. I was wondering if I could cancel and get a partial refund. Or am I out of luck. They don't update the score and frequently as I thought.

Hi, Stomper, you should be able to cancel without trouble, although I don't know the details of it. Click on "support" up above.

Have you set your target score to your current score? They really need to change the explanation on that, but I was told by customer service and by others to set it to where your score is NOW, and you will get more alerts. Set all the other alerts to the most sensitive. Once I set the target to the current score, I get alerts much more frequently.

There's another thread going on now that talks about this.
