EQ SW Alerts

With EQ SW, I assume that:

I will get an alert even if there is no score change BUT there are account info changes?

I just checked my EQ Sw and it said last SW alert was 7/23/2011. But I havent received any since. I do have accoutns that have been decreasing in $$ owed and I normally get alerts but this months, I havent gotten any.

SW won't alert you to dropped balances (only increased), but will monitor your score every 7-10 days. If your dropped balances results in a score increase, then you'll get alerted provided your new score passed your set target score.
