Error 101 when ordering

I tried to order my TU score twice last night and received "Error 101" both times after ordering. The auto-response advised emailing SW and letting them know about the error. It also said my card would be held for the transactions, but would not actually go through. Can I get confirmation that the charges won't come out of my account?

That happened to me a couple of times.  I was not charged.  I can't speak for everyone else, tho.  It seems  I like to update my TU in the middle of the night while their elves are hard at work doing the same thing.
 
Can you pull from TC/CS/etc?  If I get an error from them at the same time I know it's TU and NOT me!
