Experian Product question

Why doesn't the Experian score you get from MyFICO allow you to use the score simulator like TU and EQ?

Re: Experian Product question

Experian won't play nicely with myFICO. You'll notice that you also don't get the list of what you're doing right on screen two, and therefore no balance scale.

I'm sure that it has something to do with the fact that there's a business relationship with Equifax (Scorewatch) and TransUnion (quarterly monitoring thingy.) Happily ignorant of anything beyond that, tho.

FICO's: EQ 781 - TU 793 - EX 779 (from PSECU) - Done credit hunting; having fun with credit gardening. - EQ 590 on 5/14/2007

Re: Experian Product question

Thanks Hauling... maybe Barry has an idea of why no teamwork from Experian?  Equifax isn't reporting all my TL's... I know that score will be way lower than my TU and EX. I was hoping to be able to judge how high I can get EX, since it will actually give me a score soon, about a month before my EQ score will be available. Smiley Sad

While Equifax and TransUnion have given myFICO permission to use their credit information for score simulations, Experian has chosen not to. Smiley Sad
