Expired Subscription

I have an annual ScoreWatch subscription.  I received an email on 11/12 saying to renew on or before 11/14 or my account will expire. I tried to log on today to get my remaining report but it says i no longer have any products. How do I retrieve the report? Thanks.

Hi essence 1974,

 

Sorry you received that conflicting information and were unable to pull that report before your subscription expired.  There may have been a system outage of some kind at the time.

 

I take it you didn't want to renew but wanted to pull the report that was still available?  If so, please send me a private message indicating so and I'll send you a promo code for a free report and score.
