Well that is fine. But I want updates on increase/decreased account balances, CLI's , etc. Which TU will not be updating with SW.  I don't pay for updates for new accounts opening, address changes and new job reported.

I just read the "Sticky thread" you mentioned. I see your point and am now more frustrated because I guess I misunderstood what I was purchasing.Yes I did receive 2 TU alerts (New account, And score increase) but I was under assumption I would receive alerts for a lot more activities. Ugh

I was not aware of the TU limitations either when I signed up. Smiley Sad

Re: FICO 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring Issues and Troubleshooting

Well, I feel dooped! I wish they would of been more upfront with the way this product worked or didnt work. Definitely is not what I thoughtI was purchasing. And they will not allow me to cancel! so I guess I have to eat the $60.00 over the next 3 months. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Re: FICO 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring Issues and Troubleshooting

File a complaint with the BBB. That has worked to get many folks a refund and cancellation. I told customer service yesterday that they had 24 hrs. to cancel my subscription or I would file a BBB complaint. They replied that it is cancelled effective Nov 12th after the 3 month minimum. I immediately filed a BBB complaint and slammed myFico on their Facebook page. I warned people not to purchase this product and explained how it does not work as advertised. We shall see what happens next. My Experian and Tu scores went up 57 points this past Monday. No alerts from myFico, but alerts from CK, and Experian both. I verified by both with Experian and TU directly.  I will just keep filing BBB complaints until I get my money back. Plain and simple...

I am beginning to think their "too bad, you're stuck paying for it for 3 months anyway" attitude is going to come back and bit them in the arse.

Re: FICO 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring Issues and Troubleshooting

It will catch up to them, but it's like credit repair. Time heals it.  I love these forums and advice, but there is a lot of Fico hype about being the most accurate scores. My mortgage broker ran my credit today and it was not even close, much lower than what myFico says. Credit Karma actually hit the TU score on the head if you can believe it. At least they were high enough to get the mortgage ball rolling.

And I get those alerts once a week on ck (which I know is a lower score than my actual fico).  Methinks more to do with the monetary contract with TU than technical difficulties (though tu reporting is lagging, they are slow to update, slower than experian).  But util changes cause a score Change on ck, why not here?

However, I was one of the lucky ones to read the threads before ordering the product.  Hence, still on SW only (though may cancel just to get the 3 bureau reports quarterly, and monitor on the other sites).

Signature needs updating
