I've received 2 TU updates.Well that is fine. But I want updates on increase/decreased account balances, CLI's , etc. Which TU will not be updating with SW. I don't pay for updates for new accounts opening, address changes and new job reported.
And I get those alerts once a week on ck (which I know is a lower score than my actual fico). Methinks more to do with the monetary contract with TU than technical difficulties (though tu reporting is lagging, they are slow to update, slower than experian). But util changes cause a score Change on ck, why not here?
However, I was one of the lucky ones to read the threads before ordering the product. Hence, still on SW only (though may cancel just to get the 3 bureau reports quarterly, and monitor on the other sites).
This may be the route I take as well. Unless I can get the SW subscription back at $9.95

Once again people insisting with the totally INACCURATE undervaluing of the service. I got the 3-bureau service, it's imperfect, I plan to take a sabbatical on it, BUT I got plenty of value of the $20 bucks I paid, about $75 bucks in reports-value. So, I don't think you have been "lucky" at all.
Just got email confirmation from MyFico that I should be able to downgrade back to Score Watch for $9.95 at any time. This, of course, should apply to all former SW members that upgraded.

I did not get any emails from them regarding being able to downgrade. This is despite me requesting to do so twice in the last week. ![]()

Maybe, because the pressure is mounting, they are becoming more responsive. I emailed them late yesterday, and got my response this morning. I suggest you try again, if you want to be sure, and have some evidence in your favor.

Yes, I do not consider it a value. When I can view my EX anytime I want to for updated info on my report, I had JUST purchased the EQ report not even 3 weeks before, and I got a free TU report in the mail too. There are other ways to get reports and as Imperfectfuture stated, we can get updates and changes elsewhere in real time for free. So the real "value" to someone watching utiliation and scores is to actually receive scores is a reasonable amount of time, which is not happening.
Just because YOU value something in a feature does not mean EVERYONE has to value it.

Not all of us received emails. I was on the phone for over an hour and they would not switch me back to my old EQ SW subscription. I had PM's from 3 people last night all denied the ability to cancel/switch back. I think they are only allowing the switch to those who for whatever reason, received emails about the offer and it was only a one month lock in, so they have to honor the switch back.
I have decided that, other than the good advice on these forums, I am done with myFico. I hope this debacle continues to gain traction to the point that it becomes a newsworthy story. The way this whole thing has been handled is a textbook example of how to ruin a company's long standing reputation. I don't even have much faith in their scores anymore to be perfectly honest. When just a few points can make or break someone, I can't see how 20-30 points deviations from reality can be dubbed the most accurate. Maybe someday they will admit there are bugs in that process as well.
Yeah, I recently purchased myFico score and my experience was pulled by a lender recently. And there is a 30 point difference from what the lender said to the MyFicoscore which the MyFico score is lower. I don't understand which one to go off of, but I assume the lender lol. Good thing I haven't purchased the 3B monitoring yet. Thinking about going USAA.
I received a score update. From EQ. Still nothing from TU or EX outside of the initial purchase.
If I don't receive any kind of update from TU or EX in the next three days I'm going to call my CC company and do a chargeback.
