FICO Score not accessible

Hi,

i purchased an Equifax Myfico credit score on 10/3. Didn't get to read it all as i got interupted. Thought to myself - no problem. After all i should be able to log in for 30 days and still be able to view it.

Logged in day later - and the "My purchases" page shows i have no recent scores.

E-mailed customer support - got a canned response about how my report is accessible for 30 days etc...

E-mailed them again - got a condecending response about how they are sorry they could not help me and to call customer support...

Well i work during their business hours.

Is this normal for MyFico to treat their customers that way ?

Btw my credit card was charged for the score/ report. Should i file a fraud dispute with AMEX?

Thanks

Chris

Re: FICO Score not accessible

Give customer service a ring; they are open 12 hours per day:

Phone:
1-800-319-4433
Mon-Fri 6am to 6pm PST
Sat 7am to 4pm PST

Their e-mail service is pretty generic.

This may not be happening to you but I ran into a problem a few times whereby I would inadvertently log in using my wife's account. Depending on her scores in relation to mine, I'd either get happy or disappointed.
