FICO Scores/reports GONE

I have purchased FICO reports from TU and EQ, but out of the blue they are gone, i mean o can not see my scores or my reports, did they expire? i was going to buy again in Dec, i bought it in August, and it is gone now, i think it might be a glitch or they expired, does anyone know whats going on at all?

I believe they are only visible for 30 days.  Then you'd have to purchase them again.  You can check the FAQ section of where you purchased them for information on that.

They do expire after 30 days. I suggest the next time you buy scores/reports that you print off a hard copy to save.

You can do the same thing with hard work

I either print the reports as a PDF file (if you have that option), or just copy and paste it to a Word document and save it.  Printing out a hard copy is ok but who needs all the paper that you wind up with as the reports pile up?

I only do it once a year (If that often) for all three so the paperwork is minimal.

I save a lot of things on flash drives, hard drives, etc. but for my REALLY important papers a hard copy is the ultimate back up IMO.

They probably expired... I always print mine before the 30 day expiry mark...

You can save all individual pages including the "Print Report" page to your hard drive. You might only choose to "save"  the "Print Report" page.

>At the top of your IE Browser, click "File".

* Click "Save As"

* Fill in a title for the "File Name"

* Make sure "Web Archive single file" is selected.

* Click "Save"

Furthermore.......

You can even save ScoreWatch reports which will no longer appear after one year. Although the EQ "Print Report" window does not show the IE options in the title bar, you can do the following.

>Click on "Print Report" option in the EQ ScoreWatch window.

* Hit "CTL" + "N" on keyboard.

* A new page will open with the "File" option available at the top of the window.

I have saved every single "Print Report" page for all bureaus for the past 10 years with the following file system.

> I have a "Credit Reports" file on my encrypted thumb drive.

*  Within that folder are folders listed by date first then credit bureau.

       I enter the year first (xxxx), then month, then day.

       I insert a "0" before any single digit (xx).

       Hyphens are used to separate the numbers. 

*  Following the date is the name of the bureau 

       To save a report dated today at Equifax,

        It would be filed in a folder titled 2010-09-29 Eq

*  Within those folders I also save some additional report pages and any relevant notes to myself. Using this system all reports are filed in chronological order and are very easy to locate and compare.
