Earler this week I purchased a subscription to the "3 bureau credit monitoring" service. My experian score was a lot lower than my other two score so I took a look at the data and saw that there were a number of incorrect derogatories. Literally 15 minutes later I purchased a report directly from experian and none of tose derogatories was there.
Spoke to experian - their report is correct so nothing to dispute.
Spoke at length to Fico, escalating it up the management chain twice. Finally the manager (Chris) agreed that he would look into what is drinving the discrepancy and that he would need 72 hours to report back. How can Fico be so far off, so much so that the data they have never existed in my credit history. This is too important to leave unaddressed. Anyone else have this experience?
