here's a question for the group (and hopefully someone at customer support.....) WHY IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREMENT DOES IT SAY THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO CANCEL A TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION "USING THE ONLINE FORM"....BUT NOW ON THE NIGHT I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL.....not a bad service, it just won't do that much for me...I GO ONLINE AND THE SEARCH...does nothing....EXCEPT ON THE RIGHT OF THE SCREEN....IT STATES THAT TO CANCEL I MUST "call during busines hours".
I will bet anyone here that when i call tommorrow...they will say that since I didn't cancel prior to the deadline...EVEN THOUGH THAT IS WHAT I AM ATTEMPTING TO DO...that they will be charging me for my mandatory "3 months" anyway.
good luck to all that are here...hopefully this will still be up tommorrow so that I can prove that i am trying to cancel this even though MYFICO is doing everything to keep me as a customer.
BTW...trying to cancel my wife's acct as well.
