Hi I subscribe the SW product with $14 monthly rate starting Sep.
My cancellation is scheduled on 12/27.
As you know the special offer-$10 for SW only lasts for 2 days, so I tried to register for a new account but the system doesn't allow me to because my SSD is already in the system
Is there any way someone here can help me pull my cancellation, so I can resubscribe with the new rate.

We've removed the scheduled cancellation so you can cancel now and reorder Score Watch using your existing account at the discounted price. You'll lose any reports already received through SW, but will retain your alerts.

Is there anyway to just update the SW account with the new rate? I dont want to lose the exisiting history I have.
