Trying to sign up for the free scoring, it keeps saying our apologizes, error... what's going on?

This would be a question to be asked in technical help.....

You could ask a moderator to move it for you which would be better then posting twice....

Wish I had an answer to give you as to why but I am of no help sorry....

Well, I hope we didn't lose you, being a first-time poster and all, but I would recommend calling customer service:

Phone:

Mon-Fri 6am to 6pm Pacific Time
Sat 7am to 4pm Pacific Time

(6 am Pacific = 9 am Eastern; 4 pm Pacific = 7 pm Eastern)

So they're gone for today, and they're closed on Sunday, but try calling Monday morning. They should be able to help.
