Well, I hope we didn't lose you, being a first-time poster and all, but I would recommend calling customer service:

(6 am Pacific = 9 am Eastern; 4 pm Pacific = 7 pm Eastern)
So they're gone for today, and they're closed on Sunday, but try calling Monday morning. They should be able to help.
