Identity Ultimate package

So I just got the Identity Ultimate for like $300 a year. I forgot to ask the CSR how often do the 3 CRA report update? I know the scores will update as they change but what about the actual reports? Thank you all!

I can't believe you handed $300 to these crooks. Have you read the reviews before purchasing this subpar product?

i did the $29.95 a month package. I have had the score watch product for a while now and it's been great to me. So I upgraded to see all 3 fico scores. What kind of reviews do you speak of? Must be bad if you're ranting about it. Can someone update me on this?

Identity Ultimate credit features:

 

1. Credit Score                |   3B Score                                          | 1/year

2. Credit Report               |   3B Report View                               | 1/year

3. Credit File Monitoring  |   3B Credit File Monitoring & Alerts   | Daily

4. Score Monitoring         |   3B FICO Score Appends                 | Daily

 

You get 1 report per year, plus 30% off each addition report you purchase. The scores update automatically as they change is what I do believe is correct (from the 3B FICO Score Appends (Score Monitoring)). I haven't tried it myself yet as I have been having some problems being able to get it.

 

*This is only features of the Credit, Product and Identity Features have been left out as this is to answer the question.

It might be a subpar product right now but that is because it is new. I would expect, "hey, it is new, the better reviews we can give them, the better they can make it"

but apparently there are people out there who think everything should be perfect as soon as they launch out...but that is never the case.

 

I guess you are just blind to everything if you do think that way.

On the other side, new or not you should expect a product to work out of the box. For $29.99, just beta testing at this point I guess.

I am an atheist so it's more of a joke than it to be harsh...I don't really believe in any of that but being that people wouldn't know I am athiest, I guess it does come off as harsh. But to be brutally honest, I can understand it should work out of the box, but in this case, it contains the 3B monitoring for scores, plus it also monitors and alerts if something comes back on your SSN, email, and gives you clear mind that we are here to protect you if something happens, we have people waiting to help you and fix anything that may bring you down due to someone else's criminal acts.

 

When I say we, I do mean we as myFICO as I too am employee of myFICO on the end of Identity...I work on the phones to help with this. We do care to help as best as we can possible, but yet most alerts you get might be the black market email where your email has been compromised. But most of the information is readily available to you in the FAQs (? Support on the the top right of the myFICO page). Just search the alert and it will give you more information. Any more questions you can always call up the number as part of an Identity purchaser whether calling during regular business hours or even after hours.

 

Anyhow, if any more specific questions that come up, don't hesitate to ask and I will consult my big book of information or the FAQs to give you an answer that is helpful to you, or if you do call in about something that involves the Identity products, we can help you as best as we can.
