Myfico not current

Yesterday I pulled my Experian report from Experian and it showed that an account that had been listed as a charge off in error was now being reported as Paid Satisfactorly.  Excited, I paid to see what my credit score was from Myfico.  It was 655 and still listed the account as a charge off.  Any idea why it wouldn't be current considering the updated info was already available at Experian?

This is probably a lag time issue. It should update soon on myfico. FYI a charge-off reporting as paid satisfactorly will not help your scores.

Re: Myfico not current

Even if it completely removed the charge off status?  It was originally listed as a charge off and now it's not.

Re: Myfico not current

I am sorry, use to say paid satisfactorily/charge off with 12 90+ late payments.  Now is says Paid, Closed/Never late.  So surely that will boost my score.

Re: Myfico not current

I disagree with the "paid" charge-off not helping scores.  The same goes for collections.  Paid collections can boost your score 25 points.

Re: Myfico not current

I had an old collection on my experian report that dropped off 2 days ago and I updated my score with experian and it went up 19 points.  However, Myfico clearly shows my CR the same as EX but my score has not changed.  I am new to myfico can anyone help.
