I'm not Barry, but did you purchase directly through your ScoreWatch link? If you clicked the link under your score you won't get the discount. If you click the link within SW under your graph, then you should see it. I purchased my EQ FICO just an hour ago via the link at $6 off (well, $5.99).

Have you called Customer Service? They're closed on Sundays, btw, and I don't know about this Monday (July 4):

i used the same link i've used the last times and got the discount.    i'M not calling customer service bc i like you guys better.  Hoping someone will come along here soon and fix this. I know its a holiday weekend so I will wait.

Happy 4th = Still hoping someone can give me a 5.99 credit or something for my pull on Saturday that didn't get the discount.  I know no one will read this til tomorrow AM - just wanted to ask again and say thanks.  Def. don't want to have to call on the phone.

If you don't want to call customer service, you can send an e-mail.  Not sure if you were already aware of that. 

I know that navigating customer service phone systems may not be desireable, but I wouldn't think that counting on Barry to patrol forum postings to take care of customer service inquiries is the best way to go about this.  I've certainly seen that he is responsive to this sort of thing, but I don't understand why so many people go about it this way.
