This seems to be a common problem, but just wanted to voice my problem as well. I've had several alerts setup for several months, and my score has fluctuated enough that I should have received some alerts. For example, I have an alert set for when my score reaches 713. I exceeded that score and received a 722, but did not get any alerts from SW. The same goes for balance increases, etc.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? Not to be too dramatic, but SW does seem to be worth the money if it doesn't even work for sending alerts.
The only thing I can think of is that your score changed within a week prior to your pulling your most recent score. As for your balance increases, it's hard to say. You can contact myFICO Customer Support if you want to go into specifics.
