Ordering MyFico Products With A Fraud Alert On Credit Reports

My wife has a fraud alert on her credit reports, and apparently because of that she couldn't order MyFico ScoreWatch. The MyFico CSR she spoke with told her to call Equifax and order ScoreWatch from them. We were somewhat confused by that advice because we were given to understand Equifax ScoreWatch didn't use true FICO scores like MyFico uses.

Is there any way my wife can order MyFico ScoreWatch with a fraud alert still on her credit reports?

Myfico score watch is the exact same product as equifax score watch.

Does Equifax ScoreWatch honor MyFico discount codes? Does Equifax ScoreWatch provide FICOs from either Experian or TransUnion?
