Question about Fico Quarterly Monitoring

I purchased Fico Quarterly Monitoring about 4 months ago.   This month when I went to pull my monthly reports from all 3, I noticed that all of my Transunion scores and reports were gone and Fico Quarterly Monitoring no longer showed up on my purchases page.  Anyone else have this problem?
