SW Alert - No score change

How can SW send you an alert that says "change to an existing account" and when I login - the alert is not listed and no score change.  Now I may not know everything about FICO, credit, etc. but I would think that paying for SW would mean that you receive alerts when your score actually changes.

Any ideas on this one?

Not through myfico but through EQ.

Barry,

Thank you for the suggestion to call EQ.  I received many score alerts without changes and just assumed that there was no change in my score even after have 2 state liens (that were less than 2 years old and were filed in error) removed.

Called EQ just to inquire and they gave me my new score over the phone.  Went up 45 points! They said it was a technical issue and reset my SW.
