SW Alert questions

If I was removed as AU on a CC account would that trigger a SW alert?    My score went up 26 pts and I am trying to figure out why without pulling a score power report.  I also disputed an account that should have been "IIB", but was reporting as a charge off and I lost 16 pts when the my CR was updated to "consumer disputes", but when I just got the alert it only said  had a balance increase and my score was increased...nothing about the dispute.   If the charge off was updated to "IIB" I would get an alert as well, right?

Thanks!

Re: SW Alert questions

There is a list at the top of the forum that tells you what does and does not trigger a Score Watch alert.

When your AU account vanished, that would not trigger an alert.

As to the account that should show IIB, the list says that a change in "Account Status" should trigger an alert.

However, there is no way to really know what is happening without pulling a new report.

Re: SW Alert questions

Thx Lynette, I went ahead and pulled a report.  The AU account was gone and so was the other account that was reporting as a charge off instead of IIB. They deleted the entire account instead of just updating the account status to "IIB".  Either way my score increased and that makes me happy!!
