SW isn't alerting like it should be. I received an alert today that my score went up to 675, not other information. My last alert prior to this was on 04/28/12 for a balance increase.
Things that I was not alerted to:
Standard alerts
You will be alerted when the following changes are detected on your credit report:
On sunday I received my weekly "No changes to your report" e-mail. On top of those specifics, I was curious what caused the score alert. So I purchased a new report and found my score was not 675 as the alert stated but instead, 681. I've checked my settings on my score, my alert score is always set as my current score. And the other issues, well, those are standard and I don't have the option of opting in or out for them. I can get EQ Scorewatch through EQ and Navy Federal Credit Union for a few dollars less than I pay here. I choose to pay here because I like the format better. The lack in adequate alerts is becoming increasingly frustrating.

You will be alerted when the following changes are detected on your credit report:
- Change of name or address
- New accounts-New account opened between 4/6 and 4/12, not sure when it started reporting because of no alert. It is possible that it is not reporting yet. Many accts take up until the first cycle closes to report (some until after the cycle where the first payment is due)
- New inquiries from applications for a new account - Inquiry for aforementioned new account on 4/6. It will only alert you to EQ inq's. If the inq hit EX or TU it will not know about it.
- Changes in account status- Account previously reporting as 120 days late and negative has been updated to paid as agreed status.
- New public records or debt collections
- Changes to existing public records or debt collections

The new account is on my EQ SW report. That's how I found out I didn't get an alert for the new account being added. I pulled the report to see why my score changed since I hadn't received any type of change alerts. Both the new account and the inquiry were on my EQ report but neither resulted in an alert, which are supposed to be standard alerts on SW.
