I know that updates go out every 7-10 days. Do these days reset if there is an alert from SW? So if I received an alert on phone number change on Thursday, does the 7 - 10 day cycle reset from Thursday?
Thanks
To also update on my situation. The last two times I have paid for a power report, I suddenly get a score alert to an increased score. We are all working hard here to improve our credit. We are putting a lot of money into paying off debt, so I am not happy with this situation.

Hi elsdog,
Basically, Score Watch monitors your score for changes every 7-10 days and your report for changes daily, whether you have received an alert or not.
