SW suggestion

I would like to suggest that SW put a "are you sure, because you're only allowed 2 updates a year" message in a popup when you update your score.

Why?  Because I totally didn't read the fine print & was used to getting updated FAKO scores on demand. (ops)

My fault - no worries, I just think a little 'are you really sure you want to do this' might be a nice feature.

Thanks!

Re: SW suggestion

Good suggestion, QueenBean! Then we won't have to give away so many free scores to SW subscribers who didn't mean to pull a report. Smiley Happy

Re: SW suggestion

I have a suggestion too--how about if SW actually works?  I don't know if anyone has noticed, but there has been a lot of negative feedback lately about SW missing alerts and point changes.  I have first-hand experience with this myself and I am considering cancelling since lately it seems that the only way to see my score increases is to purchase Score Power reports even though SW is supposed to alert my when I reach certain score targets.  I loved SW in the beginning, but lately it does not seem like it has been living up to my expectations and others seem to share this sentiment.  Has something recently changed with SW to cause these issues?

Re: SW suggestion

Okay, here's another ScoreWatch suggestion:

During the free trial, you should get one to try.  When you actually decide that you like the service & subscribe, you should have your two reports made available.  I burned the two free ones trying out the service & the expected that when I actually paid, it would reset.  Imagine my surprise when I found out I paid $89 and got no reports.

Customer servive did end up crediting me a report ...... but this is kind of silly in my opinion.
