Score Watch - slow monitoring?

Score Watch have reported score of 657 for about 10 days..

Today I logged in, and it still stayed at 657.

Then I noticed my last Power Report was at early December, so I pulled up another one.

The Power Report had 687 as a score. I checked back at score watch, and it had

4/9/2008 687 Score Power report: Your score has gone up.   More info

If I click on More info, it redirect me to my power report.

I don't understand.... I thought Score Watch was real-time monitoring.

This explains how often alerts are sent and how they work. 

Please note for the past week we have been having a technical issue with sending out alerts.  Our technical team has identified the issue and are working diligently to resolve it.  Please be assured that alerts have not been lost during this technical issue.  The backlog of alerts will be sent out in batches over the next 2-3 days, so all alerts will have been sent no later than Friday night.
