Re: Score watch Alerts

If you look closely at the alerts. it has to have specific triggers like reachig a certain score in order for an alert to be geenrated. Also, I think it takes a week for them to notice the changes. I think they have specific alert generation so that it is hard to get and so you will buy your score again.

I don't think myFICO offers any product at $17.95. Which product was it? What happened?

Re: Score watch Alerts

Please dont tell me that myfico doesnnt offer products at 17.95.

Really I could care less what you THINK.

I stated what I KNOW.

I know you and others work for them. I said what I said, I meant it

I dont take it back. I will utilize the forum and if I feel thats a problem

I can stop doing that when I want to.

Thanks for your " concern"

I didn't mean to sound snarky or anything. Did you come on here looking to complain or to look for a solution? I personally could care less if you are subscribed to anything or not since I (and other mods) don't work for myFICO or anyone else related to the credit industry. If I had a personal beef with this or any company, I'd want my concerns addressed.

I brought up the $17.95 price because ScoreWatch is $14.95/mo, TU Quarterly Monitoring is $4.95/mo, the one-time pull via FICO Standard is $19.95, Suze's product is $49.95, and the lesser used ID Freeze is $10/mo. You can verify via the links at the bottom of this page but nothing here is sold at $17.95. Now there are other products and services, like CMSs, not affiliated with myFICO out there and some of those are $17.95. Are you 100% certain it was myFICO? Which product were you trying to buy? This can be fixed if you are looking for a solution.

Hi xkittyx,

First off...I must say that was a pretty nasty reply.  Smiley Surprised  Maybe you just haven't noticed but we don't talk to each other that way here.  Consider this a warning that any further such unfriendly comments will get you banned.

As for the problem...it looks like you inteded to buy FICO Quarterly Monitoring, but the order didn't go through, and you weren't charged.  At the same time, you accepted an offer appearing in your shopping cart for a discounted FICO Standard EQ report and score at $17.95.  We have refunded and canceled this order, as confirmed in an email you should have just received.

If you have any further questions or concerns, and you can communicate them in a friendly, supportive and respectful way, please let us know.

-Barry

Re: Score watch Alerts

Barry do me a favor,

Dont threaten me with banning

If you or your mods feelings was hurt,

thats a personal problem,

He needs to watch how he fonts to people

He was being snarky, and continued his snarkiness

I just finished it on up for him.

This thank god is not the only credit repair forum

Im sure i will live if you BAN me.

This simarily is the problem with a Company having

a monopoly on the FICO scoring game.

You get mods, who come in talking about

" Ill ban you "

Because thier little feelings got hurt.

Did it cost you anything ?

NO.

The end.

For everyone else,

I was refunded my money.
