Suze's Kit really doing the job?

I would like to hear some first hand experiences if Suze's Kit has help someone that was really in debt-get out and maybe on their way to buying their house or something to that effect.  I'm really considering purchasing this item and would like to know more about it.

Re: Suze's Kit really doing the job?

I use the kit, because it keeps my scores alive longer than does the Credit Complete version, but I have to admit, all the advice I've ever used has been what I learned on the forums. I think I once read the advice on the kit, and it was pretty well, duh. But then, my only real negatives are past lates, so there's not a whole lot the kit can do other than to say to be sure not to be late any more. Smiley Very Happy

I do think it's useful for what I mentioned --your scores stick around for a year instead of a month. You can "recharge" it and load it back up again, too. I didn't realize that at first and wound up with several kits. Smiley Tongue

However, that one-year deadline is just that. If you get it this December 2008, and you pull scores on and off throughout the next 12 months, the scores you pull next October 2009 will go away when the kit expires in December 2009. Just something to keep in mind.

Re: Suze's Kit really doing the job?

Thank you for your input.  I have multiple collection accounts-would the kit help me in trying to pay these off? I would like to re-apply for a mortgage loan in a few months...

Re: Suze's Kit really doing the job?

I'll need to step aside for others who have actually used the advice in the kit.

In the meantime, have you read the stickied threads about GW (goodwill) and PFD (pay for delete)? And if any collections are medical, there is a method to have them properly removed.

Check over on Rebuilding Your Credit if you're not familiar with them.

Otherwise, as I said, I'll have to let someone else answer about what the kit can do for you.
