Hello - For going on a month now, I've been unable to purchase ScoreWatch. I keep getting various messages, the consistent one lately telling me:
For your protection, your account has been blocked from ordering an Equifax product. To remove this block, or for any additional information, please click Contact Us nd type "Error 307" in your E-mail.
I contacted MyFico via telephone two weeks ago, and the representative was unable to determine why I could not order an Equifax product. I called Equifax and they said there is nothing frozen or blocked on my account.
The MyFico rep said he would escalate the issue and that I would hear back. I think that was 3 weeks ago.
I really want to order ScoreWatch! All of the other FICO monitoring tools seem to be bogus. Please help! What is going on?
