Up 67 points; still no SW alerts.

Since I signed up for so-called "Score Watch" on June 26th... 6 collection accounts have been removed from my EQ Credit Reports now. (according to True Credit) STILL, no alerts from My Fico to alert me to any change in my score. What is the point of purchasing Score Watch, as long as the service is totally incapable of actually watching my scores... and I have to pay for new reports each time I need to see how much my score has changed... in addition to paying for the service that is supposed to be alerting me to these changes?

Tell me this isn't possible: that while my TU FAKO Score went up 43 points since them, and while my EX FAKO went up 85 points since then... my EQ score has not been affected by the removal of all these SIX collection accounts? And, in terms of my FICO Scores? Those have gone up even MORE than the FAKO's have... at least the TU FICO and the EX FICO's have gone up. But the EQ FICO hasn't moved at all? Even when I have adjusted my settings to the most sensitive level possible? That's an interesting theory... but I don't buy it.

Going to waste my free report now, even though I know I'll need to buy one at the end of the month anyway...WHY? Because, I NEED to see how these changes are affecting my scores. I've got the mortgage lender waiting on me.(That was the ONLY reason I signed up for Score Watch in the first place!) Anyone else feeling my frustrations here?

(Next time I do buy my scores, you can be sure that I won't be purchasing them from My FICO!) GRRRR!

EDIT: Well, what do you know? Looks like my EQ FICO DID Change after all!

From 553 to 620! thats... up 67 points in 16 days. WOW.

AND STILL NO ALERTS! Nice product. Might I suggest changing the name to "SCORE NEGLECT?" Score Neglect: ignoring credit scores: so I customers can plead ignorance!"

I hope score watch from equifax is different and not responsible for myfico score watch being so poor. I canceled myfico and got equifax.

Re: Up 67 points; still no SW alerts.

Had an 8 point increase this last week and got a SW alert.

DW had a 5 point increase over the same period and also got an alert

Re: Up 67 points; still no SW alerts.

Ok... I got my first ever SW alert today. My EQ Fico went up 20 pts.

I find it strangely ironic, that the day after they D/C the "any change in score" alert option... I get an alert (finally)... because my score had changed.

Actually, I think I moved up into a new interest rate bracket... and that's probably what triggered the alert.

My next issue with SW/SN is:

They alerted me to changes in the status of my three SL's... they all say "pays as agreed" now, but the alert didn't specify whether or not they actually removed the late marks. According to TC, EQ is still reporting one of my three loans as 60 days late in Jan. 2008. I don't understand why EQ would fix one and not the other. It would be helpful if SW could be more specific about how the TL was changed.
