Why is the simulator broken anyways?

Bought my EQ and EX scores a week ago and the score simulator didn't work then and it STILL doesn't work now???  I have logged into MyFICO via Firefox and Internet Explorer and they both produce the same screen:  It is just a blank white area as seen below.

I am experiencing a lot of technical issues here as well.  I think the site quality left with Barry.  Sucks....

Been almost a month and the simulator still doesn't work for me... Any "employees" want to address your website issue??

It's more than likely going to be a java or flash issue. Make sure you have the latest version of both, and make sure they are allowed to run in each of your browsers security settings.

I just tried the simulator and it worked for me.

Bought new reports the other day and the simulator works for those reports.  Not sure how I feel about that
