iOS app not updating 3-bureau product

I signed up for the new 3 report. I am getting emails letting me know about EQ score changes but no alerts on the iphone as well as no score changes.

To clarify, if you purchased the new 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring product, then the iOS app has not yet updated to accomodate the new products. The team is working on it though. Cat Happy Thanks for your patience.

Year 2012: All Scores in the 520 range, during a foreclosure, CC Settlement and high UTIL. Very ugly days...
Sept 2024: EX8: 847; EQ8: 850; TU8: 848 -- Middle Mortgage Score: 821

I am *really* hoping that they do not make us wait too long for the app... Like you, I miss it.

I myself was wondering why I am no longer getting my iPhone notifications after upgrading to the 3 bureau monitoring.

It took me awhile to figure out that it wasn't updating. Can't wait to see it!

I started receiving notifications on my iPhone from the app today. However, when I logged into the app the alerts received were not present and my score did not reflect a change as it does on the desktop version. Looks as if they are making progress
