I got a score alert today but when I went to look at myFICO alerts it was very misleading. On the same page it reported 'your FICO score has gone down below your target score...' yet below in the information area it says 'one reason your score may have increased was....' and then the score posted is the same increased score reported yesterday. So did my score stay the same from yesterday (with an increase of 3 pts) or did it go down and not report? I've got my score alert set to the number it had increased to yesterday.
Thanks

Wow...confusing. I can't help much with what happened....but you need to be aware that the EQ FICO score given on your front page is an old one. You actually have to click through to your newer alerts to see what your FICO really is. I'm not sure why they made the change to have the older score show first, but it confuses plenty of folks.
I'm not sure that's your issue, however. Maybe Barry will come along and give some insight.
There were some technical issues with Score Watch alerts over the last couple of weeks that have since been resolved. It should be back to sending accurate alerts now. Sorry for the confusion.
