myFICO website doesn't work right - help!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

 

I purchased the Suze Orman FICO Kit yesterday. This morning I called to verify my identity. Once verified, I was told I could log in to get my FICO scores and credit reports.

 

I logged in and immediately say one score but only one out of 3. The other two had question marks.

 

So, I clicked on one of them and got taken to screens which prompted me to buy additional products.

 

I never got any of my credit reports.

 

On one screen, two of the credit bureaus have statements in red type that say I already got my credit report within the past 24 hours but I didn't.

 

I can't remember what the other one said but I didn't get my credit report from any of them and only one FICO score.

 

What am I doing wrong?

 

I don't want to buy any more products. I just want the 3 credit reports and 3 scores and I want to know what I'm doing wrong so when I access the site again within the next year of my membership, I won't have this problem and can easily access my credit reports and FICO scores.

Typo. I meant to say I immediately SAW one score but only one out of 3. (I typed "say" in error and I don't see an edit button)

 

Instructions for navigating the site so I can get all 3 credit reports and all 3 FICO scores will be appreciated. Thanks.

OK. Two out of three have come in and I figured out how to navigate to read the reports. 

 

I guess the problem was that I didn't realize that the FICO score had to come in first, before you can access the credit reports.

 

How long does it take for all three FICO scores & credit reports to be available usually?

Hi pandora....For some reason your TransUnion order failed. I'd suggest going back into your Suze Kit and reordering TransUnion. If successful, your report and score should be available immediately. If not, your best bet is to call myFICO Customer Support.
