My ex-wife wanted to try the 30 day SW trial, but she did not have a CC.  I let her use mine as long as she cancelled before the 30 day trial was up.  However, after registering, the results came back that there was not enough information on her report to compile a Fico score.  Therefore, it looked like an account never actually opened?  Is there still a 30 day trial going on?  Do I need to do anything further to make sure my card won't get charged?

You're not charged if there isn't enough info. to deliver a report and score so you shouldn't have anything to worry about, valley_man0505.
