I have had this card for about 5 months started with a $3,400 Credit Line. I tried less than a month ago for a CLI and was denied and they performed a HARD pull! I'm now in the garden and did not realize they would do a hard pull. So, now I have put a freeze on all my reports so this does not happen again. I then decided to see what would happen now that they could not hard pull my report and to my somewhat suprise they approved a $1,500 increase without being able to HP my report! Thought that was interesting.

Several on my Comenity cards that have been very stingy have opened up today!! Most of these I opened 6 months ago and they have never given me an increase until now! Express $250.00...Ann Taylor $250 VIctora Secret NOPE, still being stingy! Of course my Overstock keeps giving the luv with $200 each month raise!

So I have had Fingerhut for a year or so and was stuck at $1,200 for about the last 8 months because I have not used it during that time. So, I decided to make a $50.00 purchase and BAM about 2 weeks later increase to $2,000! I just assumed that no use was the reason and I WAS RIGHT!

So I just had my first quicksilver one finish the credit steps and what started out as $500.00 is now at $2,000. So, at that time I canceled my Cap One Secured Card and waited a few weeks and applied for another QS1 and was just approved for $500.00. I assume it will grow as fast as my first one! I do LUV Cap One!
