Im scheduled to close Tuesday at 10am and I check my reports only to find a judgement from the irs. Dropping my mid score to 636 I'm so destroyed my heart hurts I worked so hard to get my scores beyond 640 it was 655 8/2 when this fantastic LO took over my loan from another bank after they put me through hell for 3 months.   He promised me I'd close in two weeks and he did his part now this. I dont know what to do Nys irs closed today the amount is $596 Which I have no issues paying.  Im worried though my score is below 640 and they may not close on my loan now.   They pulled my reports 8/2 680,676,655 where my scores this morning  my eq and ex is 636 I didnt pull Trans union.    Will the score drop affect my closing? As of now I have MCU secured 300 limit $5 balance Cap one secured 400 0 Balance Credit one 300 0 balance Orchard /cap one 300 0 balance 2 FP charge off both paid from 2011 1 paid collection 2 other charge off both paid 4 positive student loan accounts reporting no Lates since 2010 Can anyone suggest any cards I may have luck with I have four cards but the fees and my limits suck Each report has 4-6 inquires due to lender pulls over the last year and some from above cc ... Today I went to the county clerk and I found I owe 2 judgements For an old apartment from 2006 The clerk gave me the amounts and the lawyer to contact So I did just that and I was told the account they have has been canceled And they have no information about a judgement I then contacted the management company who told me The building was sold in 2008 and they have no records from 2006 I contacted my lawyer who don't know what to do she advised me to file A order to vacate.
