I just got off the phone with Penfed and I asked the lady on the phone...do they use the score I see (nextgen) when I log into my accounts and press the score button and she said NO...they have some internal thing they use (eventhough the text on that screen when you look at the score says ..."this is the score penfed uses to manage your account)
